Max & Buddy Consulting has been working with international art initiative Micro Galleries for the past 12 months, helping them bring their amazing community-based art project to Australia for the very first time. Micro Galleries selected Nowra on the NSW South Coast as its first Australian city and being based overseas, needed help on the ground with their marketing, social media and PR. After much consultation with Micro Galleries and further research into the concept, Max & Buddy developed the marketing strategy, which focussed on brand awareness & concept education and a full promotional plan using PR and social media as core tactics.
So successful was the end result, Micro Galleries (and Zena from Max & Buddy) ended up receiving formal acknowledgement and praise in Federal Parliament from the Federal Member for Gilmore Ann Sudmalis – if you don’t mind! You can watch it here.
And so happy were Micro Galleries with what Max & Buddy delivered, we have been invited to help them take the initiative to Denpasar, Indonesia in October 2015.
Firstly, however, we are off to Denpasar this week to meet up with Micro Galleries and install a micro, Micro Gallery at the residence of the Australian Consul-General who love the concept so much they want to introduce us to the top business leaders in Bali. We’ll let you know how it goes.
